YMYP-60×80 Oat Flaking Mill
Oat Flaking Mill is designed to process oat, corn and other cereal grains into flakes through the counter-rotating roll pair that exerts compressive force on granular materials.

1. Variable frequency speed-regulating gear motor enables precise material distribution across the entire roll length via the feeder, ensuring consistent thickness and minimal breakage in finished flakes.
2. Adjustable roll gap facilitates thickness control of cereal flakes, with dedicated grooved (rolling) rolls ensuring optimal forming stability.
3. Roll gap adjustment mechanism incorporates anti-collision protection to prevent roll surface damage during operation.
