YTB Lentil Peeling Machine
Lentil is a highly nutritious legume crop characterized by its hard texture and small size. Traditional peeling equipment often results in high breakage rates and nutrient loss. To address these challenges, WinTone machinery has overcome the bottleneck of "high damage and low efficiency" in lentil peeling technology by developing the YTB Series Lentil Dry Flexible Peeling Machine. This machine can process whole lentil kernels or split lentil kernels according to requirements. The YTB Lentil Peeling Machine is particularly suitable for lentil processing enterprises that demand high integrity of finished products.
Working Pricinple
The material is conveyed by the screw propeller to the peeling chamber which is at the machine’s core part. It utilizes the emery with high speed rotation and cuts and rubs the beans skin continuously, which destroys the bonding strength among corn skin, material skin and endosperm, and makes corn skin separated gradually. Then the material is conveyed to the outlet of the equipment and the peeling process is finished.
