It can quickly and efficiently remove the outer skins, improving processing efficiency and product quality.
Working Pricinple
The MTPS Small Red Bean Peeling Machine adopts a dry peeling process. Red beans enter the peeling chamber through the feed inlet, and the rotating emery roller with abrasive particles on its surface removes the outer skin, separating the husk from the kernel. Meanwhile, friction occurs between the beans themselves as well as between the beans and the screen mesh. A built-in fan generates negative pressure airflow to automatically separate the husks from the intact beans.
