HTZ28-45 Maize Peeling and Milling Machine
HTZ28-45 Maize Peeling and Milling Machine is a new-generation advanced grain processing equipment developed by Win Tone machinery in response to the demands of international customers. HTZ28-45 Maize Peeling and Milling Machine is a small assembled unit combining hulling, polishing, milling , sifting and winnowing, the hourly production capacity is 500kg and it is widely used in small and medium grain processing plants.
Working Principle
Purified corn goes into hulling chamber, then the kernel is conveyed to grits milling chamber to be knocked and cut by the hammer. Mixture enters the grading sieve to be graded by air net to separate micro husks, germs, and black umbilicus.

1. High Efficiency & Energy Saving: With a processing capacity of 500kg per hour for peeling and milling, it is powered by just one 22kW motor.
2. Premium Quality Output: Clean peeling, uniform particle size, smooth and rounded shape, and finely textured corn flour.
3. Flexible Production: The process is fast and clean, capable of completing procedures such as cleaning, degerming, peeling, polishing, and milling for corn and grains. The milling range is 30-60 mesh, and the fineness of corn flour can be adjusted to meet the needs of different users.
