MTPS Black Bean Peeling Machine
MTPS Series Black Bean Peeling Machine can remove the outer skin of black beans without damaging their inherent characteristics, while also separating bran powder. This machine features advanced technology, compact structure, simple operation, high efficiency, energy savings, and a high degree of automation. By adjusting the equipment parameters, it can also be used for peeling various legumes such as soybeans, peas, mung beans, lentils, adzuki beans, cowpeas, and kidney beans. It is suitable for bean product processing plants, food enterprises, and other applications, improving the quality and economic efficiency of black bean processing.
Working Principle
The beans are peeled through mutual friction between the high-speed rotating emery roller and the spiral conveyor, while a fan removes the broken husks. The friction gap or rotation speed can be adjusted via a handwheel to accommodate different bean sizes, ensuring high peeling efficiency while minimizing bean damage.
