Win Tone MTPS Kidney Bean Peeling Machine is a professional kidney bean peeling machine developed through extensive market research and years of testing. It addresses the pain points of low peeling rates and high breakage rates in kidney beans while consuming less energy than conventional peeling machines.
The MTPS series features a high-strength main shaft and highly wear-resistant emery rollers, ensuring higher peeling efficiency, more stable production, and a longer service life. With multiple models and configurations, it can meet the small, medium, and large-scale production needs of different customers.
Working Pricinple
Kidney beans enter the peeling chamber through the feed hopper and are conveyed by a screw feeder to the emery roller surface. The friction between the beans and the emery rollers removes the skin, while additional rubbing between the beans and the screen further enhances peeling. The removed skins and bran are discharged by an air suction system, and the peeled kernels are collected at the outlet.
