YTD Mung Bean Peeling Machine
YTD Series Mung Bean Peeling Machine is a professional mung bean processing equipment for peeling mung beans. It is suitable for mung bean peeling and kernel processing enterprises. According to the characteristics of the mung bean structure, the wall-breaking pretreatment peeling method is used to achieve asingle-pass mung bean removal rate of ≥95% and a low broken rate. The peeling of half-grain and whole-grain mung bean can be realized according to different process collocations.
Working Pricinple
YTD Series Mung Bean Peeling Machine uses emery blade in high rotary speed to continuously cut and rub the mung bean so as to damage bonding strength between germs and endosperms, and hull the skin of the mung bean to produce qualified mung bean kernels. It can peel the mung bean bran as a single equipment, or process mung bean in the plant with high processing capacity and efficiency.
