Working Pricinple
The cleaned sunflower seed enter the shelling chamber, where the shells are rapidly stripped off by the high-speed rotating centrifugal disc. The shelled seeds are then separated from the hulls through a sieve or an airflow separation device. In sunflower seed shelling processing, a combined process of multi-stage sieving and wind sorting is typically employed to ensure the purity of the shelled seeds.
