On June 12, the Fonio millet cleaning, dehulling, and milling line designed by Win Tone for our Senegalese client was successfully dispatched. It is expected to arrive at the destination port within one to two months for final inspection and acceptance.

Key Processing Steps:
Step 1: Cleaning
For raw Fonio, we recommend the TQLS85 Combined Cleaner-Destoner, which efficiently removes impurities, stones, and soil clods in a single pass. A magnetic separator is also recommended to prevent metal contamination.

This line utilizes the Win Tone HTQM30Q Multi-functional Grain Dehuller. Utilizing a centrifugal impact principle, it ensures uniform dehulling without breaking the grains, achieving a dehulling rate of over 95%. An Air Recycling Aspirator is then used to thoroughly separate the kernels from the husks, ensuring optimal milling quality.

To meet the local demand for Fonio flour, a hammer mill is used to grind the dehulled Fonio into fine flour.
Auxiliary Equipment:
In addition to the core machinery, the line is equipped with bucket elevators for fully automated operation. Bag filters collect dust to maintain a clean workshop environment, while the Electric Cabinet ensures safe and convenient control. Electronic packaging scales are also available upon request.

Don't hesitate! Entrust your Fonio and other grain processing needs to Win Tone!
